My business name is Wendy Nicole Weddings & Events. Do I need a DBA? Hi I'm interested in starting to be an event planner , baby showers, birthday parties, and wedding planning Right but what all license would I need to start.

You have a choice to register a fictitious business name or form an LLC or incorporate. Partnerships will need to obtain a federal tax id number.
